OPI Iceland

Happy Mani Monday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. My sister and I played in our work golf tournament. We were terrible but had tons of fun! We wore terribly bright coloured shirts and everyone loved them!

More exciting news; I had ordered the new OPI Iceland Collection and it arrived last Friday! So guess what I played with on the weekend! Nail polish!

This is similar to a design I have done in the past. I started off with one polish colour and did stripes over top.

What I Used:
Bottom stripe: OPI Suzi & the Arctic Fox
Middle stripe: Less is Norse
Top stripe: One Heckla of a Color!

My cinderella hand is getting much better at posing for pictures. These look way less awkward than a week and a half ago.

My camera didn’t want to focus on my cinderella thumb; so I used my other hands thumb for the photo.  I’m excited to play with the rest of the Iceland collection. The colours are beautiful.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! More nail art on Thursday. Have a great week!

Cinderella in Winter

Good Morning,

Today’s post will feature my cinderella hand again. My left hand has 4 broken nails total now, (thumb looks great!) so it will be at least another week before I paint them. I’ve found one of the hardest parts of using my cinderella hand is trying to take photos. It doesn’t seem to bend the same way as my other hand.

What I Used:
Base: Picture Polish Winter
Stamping: China Glaze White on White & Bundle Monster plate BM-S302

I wish these nails were on my other hand. They are so long and beautiful!

Thank you everyone for stopping by! hopefully with some TLC this weekend my nubs will grow! Have a wonderful weekend!

Cinderella in Yellow

Something terrible happened on the weekend.

Not to be overly dramatic or anything but I BROKE 3 NAILS ON MY PICTURE TAKING HAND! THIS IS TERRIBLE! I have 3 awful looking nubs now. My nail painting days are over! *sobs uncontrollably*.

But really, it look terrible, so terrible in fact I used my Cinderella hand for today’s post. Prepare for some awkward photos!

What I Used:
Base: Squeeze the Day from KB Shimmer Summer Collection
Dots: Aspen from Zoya. I used a medium-sized dotting tool  to create the dots.

It was incredibly difficult to hold the polish bottle with my Cinderella hand. It felt so awkward. (And I think it looks really awkward.)

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope everyone was able to get through this post ok. I can barely handle how awkward my hand looks. Thanks again. See everyone on Thursday.
