New Years Eve

Good Evening Everyone!

This is my last blog post of 2014! I just wanted to take a second to say Thank You. Thank you for your support and love, it means a lot to me that people take interest in what I am interested in. Painting my nails and this blog have done a lot for me. It has let me express myself in a way that makes me feel good and proud. So thank you to everyone for being here with me on this journey and I hope the best for everyone in the new year!

Alright let’s get to some nails! Theses are my New Years Eve nails. I was stuck on this theme for days. All the ideas I had turned to crap so this is what I came up with.

NewYears(1)

I was feeling like a neon pink kind of day so BAM! Hot pink! It is China Glaze ‘Thistle do Nicely’. I used elmers glue and loose glitter (blue, silver and gold) and a tooth pick to create the fireworks, dots and 2015.

NewYears(14)

NewYears(7)I love how this turned out! Can you make out the fireworks in the gold glitter?

NewYears(19)

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope everyone has a great time tonight! Be safe if you are going out and drinking. All the best in the new year!

Minty Chevrons

Good Evening Everyone!

I hope everyone is having a good Monday! My Monday has been pretty productive. I’ve cleaned the whole house and started putting some Christmas decorations away. Today I have a polish from my Christmas haul. My Boyfriend bought me 2 packs of Color Club polish. (That’s 14 polishes!! :D). Today I used Color Club ‘Bundle of Joy’ as the base and Sinful Colors ‘Black on Black’.

MintyChevrons (17)I used Nail Vinyls – you can find them here – for the chevrons. I used 2 different sizes to create this look.

MintyChevrons (19)I LOVE this close up! I wish I took a picture of the base color before I put the black on. It was a minty green with flecks of white and black. So very pretty.

MintyChevrons (27)I hope everyone enjoyed my nails today! Thank you everyone for stopping by! Enjoy the next few days!

Candy Canes

Good Evening Everyone!

I hope everyone had an amazing Christmas! I’m just going to do a quick post today so here are my Christmas nails!

CandyCanes(12)

For this look I used Essie ‘Skirting the Issue’ and ‘Beyond Crazy’. I used silver and red striping tape to create the candy cane look. I also added candy cane studs I got off eBay.

I really love this. The only problem I had was that the silver bow part of the stud stuck out from the nail so I got it caught on more things than I would have liked. And since I super glued it to my nail sometimes it really hurt!

CandyCanes(20)Thanks everyone for stopping by! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
