Apologies for the late blog post, work has been exceptionally busy this morning. Back to back to back meetings running right up till lunch. Even now more things have come up so this will be a short post.
Shark Week! I saw some other shark week nails on Instagram and I knew I had to get mine up! I did these nails a long time ago on a false set of nails. I’ve been saving the deign concept for when shark week was finally on.
What I used:
Base: Color Club Sheer Disguise
Stamping: Bundle Monster BM-XL15 & Sephora Break a Leg Warmer
Pinky: 2 Cosmetic Arts silver glitter polishes
Thumb: Sephora polish, China Glaze White on White & Liquid Leather and Barielle Big Apple Red.
My thumb shark was created by using a small brush and dotting tool. The shark’s mouth got a big squished while I slept but overall I think it turned out really nice.
Thank you everyone for stopping by! I’m excited for this week to come to a close. I’d love a day to relax and sit on the deck outside in the beautiful weather not worrying about anything. Hopefully that’ll happen. Have a wonderful weekend!
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! This past weekend was so busy. On Saturday I helped my brother find his first car (exciting!). Then weeded and mulched my back garden & other house chores. It was a very productive weekend.
I was gifted a bunch of pineapple stuff for my birthday so I of course had to do another pineapple themed mani!
What I Used:
Base: I used Nail Vinyls over regular base cost to create negative space. I used China Glaze White on White.
Stamping: I stamped MoYou London Tropical plate 11 with China Glaze Highlight of my Summer & Shore Enuff and Zoya Honor.
Pineapples: These where free-handed using the above greens, China Glaze Metro Pollen-Tin and Revlon Electric
These turned out super cute and perfect! I love it when the idea in my head actually works on and looks the same on my nail. Here is one of the items I used for my inspiration.
Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope this week is wonderful for everyone. See you Thursday!
Good Morning Nail Peeps!
I hope everyone has been having a great week. Tuesday we won our baseball game and yesterday we lost our soccer game, but I still felt really good cause I played amazing.
Today I have another Jena Taylor polish.
Base: Pink Jena Taylor polish (no name)
Pinky: 2 Cosmetic Arts polish, a silver with small glitter and a glitter silver
Stamping: China Glaze Liquid Leather & MoYou London Explorer 26
This pink took only 2 coats to get the beautiful colour. I did have some chipping the next day. I’m unsure if it is because of the polish or from the base I had on. But overall it turned out great!
Thank you everyone for stopping by! Only one polish left to share from the Jena Taylor pastel collection. It is another pink but I believe it is much lighter than the one I have one now. Thanks again!
