Happy Friday! And can you believe it’s already March!
What a crazy day it has already been. I’m so glad its Friday! Today I have some dry brush nail art in a few shades of blue.
Base: Color Club Pure Energy
Dry Brush: China Glaze Frostbite, Essie Where’s My Chauffeur & A light blue Color Club polish that has no name on it.
I love the way dry brush looks. Reminds me of paintings. And with the blue it has a crashing ocean wave feel. To do this I took the nail polish brush and wiped it on the edge of the bottle until it had very little polish. I then took that and brushed it over my nails.
Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.
It was the Civic long weekend yesterday and therefore my Monday blog post is today instead! (Tuesday). I have a simple post this morning.
What I Used:
KB Shimmer Shady Beaches from their new Summer Vacation Collection.
This colour is amazing orange/rose gold polish with a ton of glitter flakes. I tried doing some nail art, mainly stamping on my nails but everything I did turned out terrible. Therefore I opted to just have plain sparkly nails. This is 3 coats of polish. (2 would have been fine but after failing with nail art I needed the extra coat to hide the imperfections!).
Thank you everyone for stopping by! Have a wonderful week!
Good Morning Everyone!
I hope everyone had a great weekend. I was violently ill on Friday, I couldn’t even go to work. I finally ate a full meal yesterday (Sunday) night. I feel so much better today.
Today’s nails are the second set of fake nails I wore on vacation.
What I Used:
Base: Bundle Monster White Gel Polish Button Down
Glitter: I used Nail Vinyls to section off parts of my nails to create each glitter area. I used Finger Paints Beverly’s Touch and a Cosmetic Arts glitter polish.
Really simple nails to create. This weekend is Canada’s 150th Birthday! I will be at a Blue Jays game to celebrate it. I will also have 150th nails to share on Thursday. Stay tuned! Thank you for stopping by, have a wonderful week!
