Remembrance Poppies

Happy Mani Monday.

Today I have remembrance day nails to share. This week, it is all about remembering the day the first world war ended. We celebrate it on November 11th (Saturday). Therefore this week I have 2 poppy manis.

Products
Base: OPI Check out the Old Geysirs, from the OPI Iceland Collection.
Poppies: MoYou London Flower Power plate 4, China Glaze Liquid Leather, a red & a dark red sparkly Cosmetic Arts polishs & Zoya Honor.

I’ve created another tutorial video that I will share shortly. I reverse stamped the image using a small brush to colour in the stamp and I put clear over top so I could pick the image up when it was dry.

Thank you everyone for stopping by. I hope you all have a wonderful week! I will post links to my video shortly.

Sparkling Reykjavik

Can you believe it is already November?!

I’m also surprised I was able pull off so many Halloween manis! I’m so proud of myself! Today I have a simpler look. I’m not too sure what is going on with the lighting on my middle finger but it sure does look weird!

Products
Base: OPI Reykjavik Has All the Hot Spots
Drip: Cosmetic Arts silver glitter polish, no name

To create the free-handed sparkle drip, I used a thin brush. I started off blobbing the sparkles at the bottom of the drops and dragging them up till my cuticles. It turned out great.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I’ve tried my hand at filming another nail video, if all goes well, I will be posting it on Monday along with my blog post. Have a great weekend!

The Funky Leopard

Good Morning!

How is everyone’s week going? Mine has been pretty relaxing. The most I’ve done with week is that I donated blood on Tuesday. It was my 9th time doing so. I’m very proud of myself for donating, But enough about me, its nail time!

Today’s nails are on the funky side!

Products Used:
Base Colours: Essie I’m Addicted & Tart Deco.
Leopard Print: China Glaze Liquid Leather & Cosmetic Arts silver sparkly polish.

I first painted my nails all the pinky color; then when dry I used tape to block of a section to create the blue area. I used a thin dotting took to create the spots. This turned out way better than expected. I love it!

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I’ve got maybe 1-2 more nail designs on my cinderella hand to share, but I’m happy to say that my nails on my left hand are back! Moving forward I think I will continue to use both hands as I am super happy how my cinderella hand has gotten used to taking photos.

Thanks again!
