Lacey Floral

Good Morning Everyone,

It has been a crazy day already. I’ve been running around and haven’t had time for a coffee. Luckily things are slowing down so now its coffee and nail time!

A few days ago I posted a photo on Instagram showing my real nails. If you’ve been following along, you’ll know I’ve been wearing fake plastic nails since I got back from vacation because I had some terrible, terrible breaks. So this is the first post in a while using my real nails. It is hard for me to show you because I do not like the way they look. I don’t think they’re long enough, there not the shape I like but I have to accept it. So today’s nails are lacey and flowery!

What I Used:
Base: Essie Tart Deco
Stamping: China Glaze White on White & Bundle Monster BM-XL201
Flowers: Essie Skirting the Issue & She’s Pampered, China Glaze White on White and Shore Enuff.

My ring finger nail bothers me the most since its so short I cant even round the nail so it matches the others.

The roses were done with a thin brush. I started with the dark red and added in the medium red and white until I thought it looked like a rose. I added in the green leaves after.

Thank you everyone for stopping by. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Mo-Vember Nails!

Good Morning Everyone!

How about that super moon last night!?! I hope everyone saw it because it was amazing.

Last week I said I would keep you up to date with my fitness progress. Today I woke up early and worked out before going to work. I feel so good right now but I’m worried I’m going to crash this afternoon. I will just have to wait and see!

Today’s nails are my first set of Mo-Vember nails!

What I Used:
Base: Bundle Monster gel polish Button Down
Stamping: China Glaze Sun Upon my Skin & Wait’N’Sea, Color Club Twiggie, Wet’n’Wild Black Creme & Grape Minds Think Alike. Born Pretty Store plate BP-L006.

I stamped the same 2 mustaches using each polish many times. These nails were pretty simple but that’s what I was going for.

Thanks everyone for stopping by! I hope everyone has a great week, it is supposed to be warm this week so lets enjoy it!

Remembrance Poppies

Good Morning Everyone.

I hope everyone is having a good day so far. On Monday I told everyone I was committed to getting back into workout daily. Today I can say I’ve done 3 consecutive days of working out. I’m pretty proud that I’m finally using my will power to get these workouts done.

Today I have nails in honour of our veterans, for Remembrance day. Each year after Halloween everyone jumps into Christmas but we should always take the 2 first weeks in November to remember and honour the people who fought for our country.

What I Used:
Base: Bundle Monster Button Down gel polish
Dry Brush: Color Club Wild Cactus & What a Shock
Poppies: Color Club Red de Rio & PUEEN plate 93

I dry brushed on the green polishes to represent leaves on the poppies. Then I stamped the poppies on top. I love how this turned out. The red is such a deep red.

Thank you to everyone that takes the time to look at my blog. Please also take time tomorrow to think and reflect on our veterans and how they help shape Canada as it is today and how lucky we are to be here because of their efforts.

Love you all
