Electro Lighting

Good Morning Everyone!

Hows everyone doing today?! It’s almost Friday! If you follow me on Twitter, you’ll know I have been working out since Jan 5th of this year. It’s been a long tough road but as of today I’ve lost 24 lbs! I am so happy and proud that I’ve stuck with it, I’m slowly getting to my goal! I just wanted to share my wonderful news – but now I will talk about nails!

Today’s nails were inspired by my new phone case. It’s got a retro feel to it which I tried hard to capture on my nails.

What I used:
The Base: OPI Angel with a Leadfoot
Stamping: Wet’N’Wild Black Creme, MoYou London Festival plate 4 and Bundle Monster Clear Stamper
Lighting Bolts: Wet’N’Wild Black Creme, OPI Angel with a Leadfoot and Color Club Electro Candy Collection (Electro Candy, Tangerine Scream, Ultra Violet, Pure Energy, Volt of light and What a Shock!)

I stamped the image on my nail first. Then I used the thinnest brush I had and I drew the lighting bolts, in black, on my nails. Once it was done in black, I went over it in white (so the bolts would have a black edge). Then I filled in the lighting bolts for a third time using the neon colours.

It turned out AMAZING! I am in LOVE with them! I think it matches pretty well with my phone case! OH and it GLOWSSSSSS!

Neons are one of my favourite kind of polish! Thank you everyone for stopping by! Have a wonderful weekend!

Gradient Stamping

Good Morning!

Happy Easter Monday to all. Unfortunately some of us have to work today but good thing there is free coffee at work! I recently ordered a clear stamper from the BornPrettyStore. And I love it! I have always had a problem when it came to stamping straight and this helps me SOOO much!

The base is Color Club Wicker Park. I used MoYou London plate Festive 4. I placed Sinful Colors Aquamarine and OPI Angel with a Leadfoot on the stamping plate, then scraped the polish across until it blended in the image.

With the clear stamper, it makes stamping so much more fun! I love knowing where exactly I’ll be stamping. (and having a straight image!)

I topped everything off with Color Club Si Vous Please! Because I wanted it to have some sparkle! Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope you have a great Easter Monday!
