Pink on Pink

How was everyone long weekend? My BF and I did a lot of outside chores; our place looks amazing but it was a lot of work. I burnt my back enough that my bra straps hurt to wear. But it was worth it.

I had time last night to do some quick stamping on my nails. I tried out a new-ish plate that was given to me by my cousin Karen.

I used China Glaze Thistle Do Nicely & stamping is Bodysuit Yourself!. The stamping plate is Hehe Plus, Fairytale 004.

The stamping pattern reminds me of a peacock feather. It is a nice wavy line pattern with swirls.. I like how you can just see the detail with the pink on pink.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! My soccer and baseball seasons are starting up this week, plus I am still working part-time, this time I am cutting grass; I’m hoping to still do 2 blog posts a week but if I’m ever late on posting that’s probably why! I just wanted to share, have a great week.

Nails 24/7

Happy Mani Monday!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on a Monday! I’ve got a gorgeous hot pink to share! So hot I even did a matching pedicure. (Don’t worry I didn’t take a photo of my toes, I know a lot of people don’t like that).

Products Used:
Base: Sinful Colors 24/7
Glitter: Cosmetic Arts polish silver glitter. (no polish name)

I just LOVE how hot this pink is. Like wowey! I used 3 coats of the pink so it was nice and hot. It looks stunning on my toes.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! Have a wonderful week.

Mani Monday Pastels

Good Morning!

Happy #ManiMonday! Today’s nails are done with a set of new polishes. A gift from my BF for my birthday. These are Jena Taylor pastel polishes. This is the first time using this brand and so far so good. They went on nice and dried quickly. I’s been almost a day now so I am still seeing how they wear.

What I Used:
Jena Taylor Pastel polishes. No name on the polishes.

I used some really old french nails tip guides to create the half moons on my nails. I did a layer of Seche Vite top coat between each polish application so that it would dry faster. (It worked)

There are 2 more light pink polishes that came with this set (and a blue one that is not pictured). I didn’t use them since they were so light and was afraid they wouldn’t cover the other polishes. I love all these colours, only 2 coats to get them solid (which is impressive).

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
