My First Nail Video! 📹

Happy Thursday Everyone!

I’m super excited for today’s post because I’ve been working on creating nail videos and today I’m going to share my first one! I love creating roses and it was one of the first things I tried to create when I started out blogging so I thought it apt to be my first video tutorial.

But first, a few photos.

Products Used:
Base: KBShimmer Fax of Life
Roses: Barielle Big Apple Red & Fifth Avenue Boutique, Color Club Wild Cactus & China Glaze White on White

My video tutorial can be found on Instagram, Facebook and Google+ because the file is too large to post to my blog. I’ve tried to make it a smaller file but the results would take away from the video. I’ll add the links here to the video when I post it.

I’m super excited and nervous about posting my firs nail video. I’d like to do more. I hope everyone will have a positive reaction towards it. The whole video was 2 mins but I’ve sped it up so it only is about 27 seconds.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope you enjoy my video!

Mother’s Day

Happy #ManiMonday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and spoiled their mothers yesterday. My sister and I drove down for the Saturday. The whole family played Dr. Who Monopoly. It was actually a reasonable game, no temper tantrums, no fighting and no board flipping like typical monopoly games.

Today’s nails are a soft pink with stamped roses.

What I Used:
Base: China Glaze Strike a Rose
Stamping: Emily de Molly stamping plate 10. Never heard of this stamping brand until my cousin introduced me them. Beautiful plates.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I know this was a short and quick blog post. I have many idea flowing for Thursday blog post! Have a great week!

Delicate Roses

Good Morning Nail World

I hope everyone is having a great week so far. I’ve been watching quite a bit of hockey. Hoping the Toronto Maple Leafs make the playoffs. So far they’re in but there are a handful of game left. 2 nights ago while watching the game I was able to do some reverse stamping. It turned out amazing!

What I Used:
Base: China Glaze At Vase Value
Stamping: Bundle Monster collab plate BM-XL218 with Nails.By.Teens, OPI 4 in the Morning. I filled in the image using Color Club Revealed, a medium pink Cosmetic Arts polish & Essie Mojito Madness.

I used a thin brush and a small dotting tool to fill in the image. I coloured it in right on the stamper head, one at a time, then stamped it on my nails. It took a while but I was watching TV at the same time.

I feel so elegant with my nails like this. Thank you everyone for stopping by! I will be picking my parents up from the airport. I hope they had an amazing trip!  I hope you have a great weekend!
