Glitter Graident

Good Morning Everyone!

Today I’d like to share nails I did the last week! I wanted something that sparkled and a gradient so I did both! I don’t own any peel off base coat so I used the white school glue we’ve all seen in, well, school!

What I Used:
Base: Regular base coat topped with white school glue
Glitter: I sponged on Color Club Sugarplum Fairy and Candy Cane. I alternated the sides the colours were on.

This turned out awesome and lasted long. The glitter was pretty easy to take off since I used school glue as a part of the base.

Thanks everyone for stopping by! My soccer game is scheduled for tonight (instead of last night), I hope we pull off another win since we won the first 2 games! I’ll let you know on Mondays blog post! Thanks again!

Stary Mountains

Good Morning & Happy Thursday to Everyone!

Amazing morning so far – and that’s pretty good as I need a large coffee in me before everyone makes sense – but any-who… I’ve lost more weight! I’m 158lbs and my goal is 157, So close! I also have awesome nails to share!

What I Used:
The Base: Color Club Wild Cactus. Once dry, I sponged on Julep Holly and Julep Rita.
Stamping: Bundle Monster clear stamper & Festival plate BM-S306. OPI Angle with a Leadfoot.

This plate is pretty awesome. It stamped super well and turned out just how I imagined, (which doesn’t usually happen!) I wanted to create a mix between the northern lights and that brief moment after the sun goes down to create a greeny-purply majestic scene. Julep Holly is shimmery but not over the top and I think it works well for what I wanted.

Mountains(8)Here is a close up of the small scene going on, on my nails! There’s forest on either side and mountain in the middle, all under a stary night!

Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope everyone has a great day! (Also tm is Friday the 13th!) Enjoy your weekend!

Space Pizza!

Good Morning Everyone!

Today I have some awesome nails I’ve wanted to try for 2 weeks! The idea for these nails came to me after my watermelon nails. I wanted to do something similar in style and that’s when I thought PIZZA! And to make it better I did a spacey background. (Ya that’s right, I wanted SPACE PIZZA!)

What I Used:
Base: Color Club (no name), it’s a dark purple polish and Si Vous Please! for sparkle
Pizza: Crust-China Glaze Don’t Honk Your Thorn, Cheese-China Glaze Metro Pollen-Tin and OPI Angle with a Leadfoot, Pepperoni-Barielle Big Apple Red

I used a super thin brush to create the pizza. I started with triangles in the crust colour, then did a few drops of the cheese polishes and swirled them around with the brush and I used a small dotting tool for the pepperoni. I think these nails are so freakin’ cute!

What was even more awesome is that at work it was inventory day which means the whole plant gets a pizza day! It’s the greatest day for pizza! Thank you everyone for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed my pizza as much as I did! Have a great weekend!
