Poppies for Remembrance Day

Good Morning Nail Peeps,

I hope everyone is having a good week so far! As mentioned on Monday, I have poppy nails to share.  While driving to work this week, Christmas lights have been turned on by the City down the main street. Don’t get me wrong, I love the holidays but turning the lights on before Remembrance Day is disrespectful. Why can we not wait a whole 11 days before starting another holiday and take those 11 days to remember how we are so lucky to have what we have today.

Drives me a bit nuts. I even sent an email to my ward Councillor. Anyways! Nail time!

Products
Base: Wet’N’Wild Yo Soy.
Poppies: Zoya Amal, Nicole by OPI Sensational Scarlet & OPI 4 in the Morning.

I used a dotting tool to create the poppies and its center. I topped it all off with Sinful Colors matte top coat.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! Have a wonderful weekend and please take a moment to remember those who fought (and are fighting) for us.

Beyond the Pale Pink

Happy #ManiMonday on a Tuesday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Labour Day weekend. I was gifted this shade from my Aunt. It is such a different colour. It goes on white but dries with the tiniest hint of pink. You almost need to do a double take. It’s a cute colour.

What I Used:
Base: OPI Infinite Shine Beyond the Pale Pink
Stamping: Wet’N’Wild Black Creme & MoYou London Flower Power 04

Quick post today! Be sure to check out Thursdays post; It will be terrifying! Thank you for stopping by. Have a wonderful week!

Birds in Blue Skies

Happy Mani Monday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Mine was great. I had all Saturday to myself which was a nice change of pace. We then finished off the night with a movie. (Check it out here!). Sunday was my championship soccer game, but we were disqualified since our coach didn’t bring our player books. (I was pissed and so was my team). A very action packed weekend.

Today’s nails I did last week. They are similar to some nail art I did a year ago.

What I Used:
Base: Color Club light blue polish (no name) and China Glaze White on White for the clouds.
Stamping: 3 stamping plates, MoYou London Mother Nature plate 04, Bundle Monster plate BM-XL15 and Marianne Nail plate 65. Wet’N’Wild Black Creme.

For some reason I love doing birds flying in a blue sky. There is something very refreshing about it. Like it is the start of a new beginning. Now I’m not sure what that means but I love how the nails look.

Thank you everyone for stopping by! Have a wonderful week and see you Thursday!
